Mattie Answered the telephone Professionally! Instantly knew she was Authentic with being present in the moment with me. I live in Panama City located within a retired gated community. I have Held Upper Management positions for Many Moons with my career. Mattie was Very knowledgeable with providing informative information . I arranged an Appointment to set up for Sunday which she was unavailable initially until I said that I wanted to Meet with her at PetLand. I don't drive at night anymore. Mattie stated " let me know when you are near and I can come up there to greet you". WOW felt like it Use to be in Customer Service in America. We arrived same time with Mattie assisting me through the whole process to Never leave me nor Focus on a Iphone, either. She had my full attention. Pleasant, Polite and passionate with what she does at Petland. I did ask her if she was a family member to the Owners? No she was NOT although it is like a needle in a hay stack to Find anyone anymore to work much less someone who goes that extra step! My New fur baby Louie' are doing Great, together. I love him Dearly for 2 weeks since my purchase. I would like to take this opportunity to Thank Mattie again! She Exhibited Upper Management skills. Hopefully to be recognized within this organization with compensation along with a salary compensation.
