I wish I could leave a 4 star for the store and a 5 star for the staff. The prices are a little steep depending on what you get but there is a good bit of variety which is where the 4 star would come in. What really makes coming to this store an awesome treat though was the amazing staff like Alan. He answered all my questions, helped provide tips and tricks at controlling my new puppy Kratos in a crowded public area. Also his recommendation for the furminator was SPOT ON. I got home and basically descended my dog. I came away with I swear like a full pound of fluff and fur. The item really did make the job much easier and I owe Alan for the advice on getting the right tools. Kratos and I appreciate it. Also the cherry almond spritz for in between washings was a life saver too! Thank you so much for the recommendation. Petland should be happy to have employees like you Alan.

In the last week I have had multiple experiences with Petland and overall could not be more pleased with how they treat their customers. I personally work in the customer service industry and the way Alan, Alex, Heidi and Matt have been...to say "above and beyond" doesn't come close to what they've done for me. They truly care about every person that walks through the door and will stop but nothing to make sure everything is perfect. When you shop here you become part of a family. I appreciate all of them and will continue to go back.

Great place, highly pricey, my kiddos love going there to play with the puppies and other animals. I hate seeing them in there small little cages.
