Chase and Alex stopped everything they were doing to help me get our puppy's food that was out of stock on their sales floor. It was in stock that hadn't been unpacked yet...wrapped in plastic and on the very bottom of the pallet. They said" no problem, this is what we're here for!" Customer service seems to be disappearing these days but not here. I very much appreciate them and all of the helpful team at Petland. Thanks Guys!!
