We got everything we needed for our saltwater tank at Petland in Pensacola. The selection is great, but nothing compares to the service and expertise provided by Chase, our personal fish guru at Petland. Chase has always been upfront, honest, knowledgeable, and kind. His customer service is unmatched and he always points us in the right direction. Our tank is flourishing thanks to Chase! Highly recommend for all of your fish needs.

I've had nothing but great experiences in Petland thanks to Chase in the fish department. I've always wanted to have my own saltwater tank and he has been there since Day 1 to make sure we have everything we need. Thanks to his expert advice our tank is thriving and has been a joy to watch grow and develop. It's obvious that Chase genuinely cares about the customers and is not afraid to give his opinion on an impending fish purchase which has helped us out on numerous occasions. There are many aquarium stores in Pensacola but we will shop at nowhere but Petland as long as Chase is there.

I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to BIANCA!!! Amazing! I come to pensacola regularly. I was in need of some items for my reptiles and I know it was not an area Bianca knew well but she went above and beyond. She seeked the items I needed and secured them for me to pick up. The dedication she had to helping a customer she doesn't know and on the phone, I cant say thank you enough! She is polite, professional, caring, patient, and understanding!!! Thank you thank you thank you pet land for having employees like Bianca who makes it easy to be a returning and loyal customer!

I have only been here once because I live out of state, but I am definately coming back here every time I come to Florida. You get to go in and play with adorable puppies for free. I got to play with a male dachshund puppy that was SO energetic. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the pensacola area. This place is awesome!! (Also they were really clean, they sprayed down every play area really well before and after the puppies were in there. Have to appreciate that, especially with this whole virus thing going around.)
