In the last week I have had multiple experiences with Petland and overall could not be more pleased with how they treat their customers. I personally work in the customer service industry and the way Alan, Alex, Heidi and Matt have been…to say “above and beyond” doesn’t come close to what they’ve done for me. They truly care about every person that walks through the door and will stop but nothing to make sure everything is perfect. When you shop here you become part of a family. I appreciate all of them and will continue to go back.
